I know this post is about the fireplace but can I just say -- there is nothing better than a comfy all-white bed. Ahh. Really looks fab against the dark wall paint too.
I think I'd do a gas fireplace in a bedroom, just because I would not want to deal with all the stuff necessary for a wood fireplace! Beautiful color on those walls!
Alpha Hubby and I have been talking about doing one in our remodel - this picture just screams "take me home and apply me to your new bedroom decor" - so I just might have to!
I would LOVE a fireplace in my bedroom. So cozy. On our honeymoon it was fall and rainy and we had a fireplace and a hot tube. The PERFECT combination I think!

I have one in my bedroom but my house is 106 years old and unfortunately its just for looks now - but nice to have a mantel to decorate!
